The hotel is perched up a very steep hill, offering clean rooms with twin basins in the en suite and luxurious towelling robes and towels. The broken chair in our room was a downside, causing some disturbance at night. The service was top-notch, especially from Tom the assistant manager. The location in a lovely rural area of Swansea was beautiful and tranquil, ideal for outdoor walks and stunning views. The dining experience offered excellent quality and range, although the menu choices were a bit limited. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor room issues and great service.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and friendly service. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, although there were some noise issues. The dining experience was mixed, with some positives but also room for improvement.
Rooms
8.0
The room was more than sufficient in size and very comfortable, with a lovely private terrace. However, it was a bit cold during the winter day.
Service
7.0
The service met our needs without issue, but the staff seemed a bit under pressure. The room service and housekeeping were great.
Location

The hotel's location was ideal for visiting nearby attractions like 3 Cliffs, Mumbles, and Rhossili. The view of the gardens and wooded area was idyllic, but some noise from the kitchen and delivery area was noticeable.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was a good start to the day with a gorgeous setting, but the quality did not match the price. Mediterranean food was served.
Facilities

The hotel offered tranquil surroundings and some good facilities, although improvements could be made regarding noise levels.

The hotel was great, spacious enough for us and our 2 little girls and a fabulous bathroom. The room was at the back of the hotel and quite dark, even on a bright day. The extractor outlet outside our window made it noisy, but overall, it was a comfortable stay.
Rooms
7.0
The room was spacious and had a fabulous bathroom, but it needed some maintenance as the shower door didn't close properly. The darkness even on bright days was a downside.
Service
9.0
The service was truly superb, with the staff going well beyond their job remit. They were helpful, friendly, and attentive, making our stay delightful.
Location

The hotel is located on the Gower Peninsula, offering a fantastic setting to explore Gower. However, the incident with the beer order was slightly off-putting.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience had a range of options available, and everything I tried was delicious. However, the high cost of £10 per person was a bit of a drawback.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel offered pet amenities and a spacious conservatory, enhancing our overall experience. However, the issue with the blind strings was a minor inconvenience.
